First of all i would like to thank and congratulate to Hacktify Cyber Security and Virtually Testing Foundation team who made this internship possible and I feel delighted to announce that we have a lot of opportunities for you all to learn and grow with us in Cyber security and penetration testing

As we are moving very rapidly to the digital world, From morning to evening we spend maximum of our time using Internet. We have applications almost of everything now. We have information and services on our fingertips. With the help of applications one can pay bills, order food, plan holidays and travel

From learning online to finding our match online we have apps to fulfil all our needs.

With the expansion in number of users using the application it had increased the risk for the organisations.

The risk of loosing important customer data, access controls and a lot more. To mitigate the risk we need cyber security experts.

According to Cybersecurity Ventures, there will be up to 3.5 million job openings by 2021 and according to a research women make up only 20% of the cybersecurity workforce. There is still a lot of opportunity to be seized in cybersecurity careers.

With the tremendous increase and exposure towards digitalisation we must ensure we have diversity in perspectives, leadership, and experience in this field.

A study shows that diversity matters as it helps better decision making.

When the team is made with diverse individuals in terms of age, gender and location the decision making is even better as they share different opinions and can bring infinite perceptions

Being in cyber security as a women myself I certainly encourage, promote and respect all the continuous efforts which are made by the women led organisations, local chapters and groups by giving a platform to speak, collaborate and network.
